Phillip Colla wrote an interesting article (yesterday), Metadata, Photography and Workflow for the Web.  It’s a lengthy read, but I have yet to see a more comprehensive article concerning the topic.  There’s at least a half dozen things I learned.  Definately a must read for any photographer on the web.
